(2) What is a recent piece of research (article, interview, or audio-visual) that have you reviewed you would say was significant in helping you understand where to go next in your senior project? The piece of research should be something you reviewed in November. Please explain what you learned and where are you going next because of this piece of research.
An important piece of research I found was about camera movement that will enhance my video.
(3) Provide evidence from your independent component or the piece of research as something you recently did. For example, a photo of something you working on for your independent component or your notes from the video you watched.
- How you move the camera will effect the way the audience interprets your scene because they are seeing through the point of view of your camera and their experience is altered of the decision you make.
- Following the action. (Using all different types of equipment.)
- Shoots will effect the emotion of your film, they should coincide with the point your trying to get across. There is a phycology to movement, but not one movement gives the same meaning.
- Choose the best tools for the job.
- Depending on the movement, there will be an emotional movement to the scene, not only literal.
- Focus on the movement of great directors and the effect and placements of the camera movement.
